The hotel's location is marvellous and amazing, right by the center and the sea. There are lots of fun kids around the hotel. - Café Start up Coffee is conveniently located just 200 metres away.

Ideal and great venue, stunning location very close to north vietnam, shopping places and supermarkets and a quiet alleyway. Brand-new and reasonably large units and excellent staff especially the receptionist. Very tasty, exceptionally nice breakfasts with shrimp and delicious coffee, for instance...

Beds were a little hard.

Convenient Location: This place is super close to the center of the town, making it easy to explore Cat Ba. There are plenty of cool activities around, and we even tried some delicious takeout from Coffee Quan Co, which is conveniently located not too far from here. 🍔

We were able to explore the downtown area easily from this place, and there were several entertainment options nearby. It was a pleasant experience overall.

The place was fully equipped and had very welcoming staff, especially the receptionist. The location was good, at a medium distance from Cannon Fort. I truly enjoyed the great restaurant and the food was cheap!

It is down a side street, which makes it a bit quieter, giving guests a more peaceful experience. the rooms are large and clean, with fragrant blankets and towels provided. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering guidance on tours around the island. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as motorbike rental and laundry services. the hotel offers a good breakfast.

The noise from other guests can sometimes be a disturbance to the overall experience.

our recent stay in cat ba island was incredible, but the experience at thanh trung hotel surpassed our expectations. friendly staff, comfortable room, great tour of lan ha bay, and cheap motorbike rental made our trip unforgettable. highly recommended!

breakfast was just ok

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom facilities were fully equipped. the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the center and within a 10-minute walk to the sea. There were also plenty of good and cheap restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals at affordable prices.

There were a few aspects that I didn't quite appreciate. the lights in the room were too bright, which made it a bit difficult for me to sleep comfortably at night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, just a short walk from the seafront, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
